Transfer Requests for Grades Pre-k – 4th
Decision Letters for Grade 5 ONLY
All transfer request and decision letters will be accepted at 501 Manhattan Blvd. beginning January 9th through January 20th.
TRANSFER REQUEST forms were sent home to all Pre-K through 4th grade students.
TRANSFER REQUEST forms for 2017-2018 are to be used to request transfers of students currently attending one of our academies to another academy only. Transfer Requests will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
DECISION LETTERS were distributed to all current 5th grade students.
DECISION LETTERS indicate which school students would like to move up to for 6th grade. 6th grade seats will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
*Parents/guardians of these students do not need to complete a Transfer Request form at this time.*
Parents/Guardians of students whose child(ren) will not be returning to any Advanced Study Academy should complete a NOTICE OF INTENT NOT TO RETURN TO AN ADVANCED STUDY ACADEMY form.
Decision Letters and Transfer Requests must be hand delivered to: (Please do not return these forms to your child’s school)
